Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

 

Services

Curium Graphics offers a variety of graphic design services including but not limited to logo design, branding, web design, and print materials design.

 

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by Curium Graphics are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on project scope and requirements.

 

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total project cost is required before work on a project can commence. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, prior to final delivery of files or materials.

 

Payment Terms

Payments can be made via the provided payment method proposed by us. Invoices will be issued upon completion of the project or at agreed-upon milestones. Late payments may incur a penalty fee of 10% per month.

 

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, remain the property of Curium Graphics until full payment has been received. Upon payment, the client will be granted full ownership rights to the final design(s) for use as they see fit.

 

Revisions

Curium Graphics will provide a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges at our discretion.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide timely feedback and necessary materials required for the project. Delays in providing feedback or materials may result in project timelines being extended.

Confidentiality

Curium Graphics will not disclose any confidential information shared by the client without prior consent, unless required by law.

 

Termination

Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

Limitation of Liability

Curium Graphics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.

Changes to Terms

Curium Graphics reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
